PLEASE NOTE AS FROM 4th JANUARY, 2022 WE HAVE CHANGED OUR OFFICE HOURS TO THE FOLLOWING:

Barring any unforeseen emergencies the office will be open:

Monday – 10am – 12 noon

Tuesday - 10am – 12 noon  (1st Tuesday in the month 10am - 11.15am)

Wednesday - 10am – 12 noon

We are closed on Thursdays & Fridays and all bank holidays.

Every effort is made to answer the telephone during these hours, but occasionally the office will be left unattended whilst other duties are carried out, eg. Banking / post office / dealing with customers at the door and delivering parts on site & occasionally illness, etc., so please try to be patient on these occasions and try again.  Planned holidays are no longer posted due to security reasons.

Should you need to contact us whilst the office is closed you can do this by either posting a note through the door or  emailing us at john@veall.net and we will do our best to call you back.

 

We wish to advise all customers that inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated:

    Swearing

    Threatening/Abusive Behaviour

    Verbal/Physical Abuse   

We reserve the right to remove customers from our database who are threatening/

abusive/violent.
