10am - 1pm.
(The 1st Tuesday in the month the office will be open 10am - 11.15am)
All work must be booked into the diary through our booking system. This can be done by telephoning the office during the above hours or emailing email@example.com. Failure to do this will result in jobs either not being carried out on time or not getting finished.
Most appointments made will simply state morning or afternoon, no specific times will be given when making an appointment. Due to the nature of the job it makes it very difficult to do this.
From time to time it may be necessary for us to make changes to, or to cancel your appointment and we reserve the right to do so. Most changes are minor and in all cases we will tell you as soon as reasonably possible before the date on which John is due to arrive.
Whilst every effort is made to answer the telephone during these hours, there will be occasions when the office will be left unattended whilst other duties are carried out, eg. Dealing with customers at the door / delivering parts on site / doctors / dentist appointments / banking / post office and occasional illness etc., so please try to be patient on these occasions and try again. Due to security reasons planned holiday dates are no longer on the website.
