During this unsettled time we will continue to prioritise urgent work, boilers not working & water leaks etc.

We are sending out service reminders but we do completely understand if you are self isolating & want to wait a while longer to book your service in. 

When attending your property we please ask that you:

1. Do not shake hands. 

2. Ask if occupants can stay in another room.

3.  If necessary, keep internal doors open to avoid contact.

As is the normal at the moment, please do not ask us to attend if you are ill.  A safe distance will still also be kept.

PLEASE NOTE: Our office is open  Monday - Thursday 10am - 12 noon. 

 Whilst every effort is made to answer the telephone during these hours, there will be occasions when the office will be left unattended whilst other duties are carried out, eg. Dealing with customers at the door / delivering parts on site  / doctors / dentist appointments / banking / post office and occasional illness etc., so please try to be patient on these occasions and try again. Due to security reasons planned holiday dates are no longer on the website.

  If the office is closed you can still contact us, should you need to by emailing and we will do our best to call you back as soon as possible. 

No specific times will be given when making an appointment.  Due to the nature of the job it makes it very difficult to do this.   Most appointments made will simply state morning or afternoon.

Work undertaken includes the installation of gas central heating boilers, radiators and gas appliances, Landlord Safety inspections and servicing and repairs. 


All gas appliances should be serviced once a year to make sure they are working safely.  To help our customers with this, service reminders are sent out yearly, ensuring your heating system and your peace of mind is safe and sound.  


New data protection laws (GDPR) means we cannot contact you without your permission.  If you want to continue receiving service reminders please let us know. Your privacy is important to us, we always keep your details secure and never use them for marketing communication.
